Research Experience
My latest research was focused on determination of air quality based on Air microbial virus particle (SARS-CoV 2) concentration along with their distribution using the Gaussian-Plume Mathematical Modelling & computational biologyapproach for predicting their spread at the West Java Regional Health Laboratory Building Environment. I determined the concentration of microbial dan virus in the air environment assisted by membrane-fliter attached with air sampler suction compartments. The microbial concentration from the samplers were enumerated in several optimizing media using several specific media to support their growth. Meanwhile, the number of virus concentration (CT value) was monitored by using RT-PCR from the air samplers. Moreover, I build several modellings to predict the spread of potential patogenic microorganism according to microbial and virus concentration number in each area by using computational approach. This research was aimed to gave an insight & prediction about current health & safety condition within the West Java Regional Health Laboratory Building and gave the stakeholder an evidence & recommendation for the future.
