Research experience:
most of my work are related to cancer research. I did a research in breast cancer cell to elucidate the effect of anti-cancer compound on cell’s gene expression. Furthermore, I also doing a collaborative project with a state-owned hospital along with electrical engineering department from ITB to develop new method to help doctors differentiate normal and cancer tissue during surgery.

Skills:

PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA extraction, immunofluorescence microscopy, mammalian cell culture, image processing, bioinformatics.
