Research experience:

My research is mainly focus on antibody production. I joined diagnostic kit development project in 2016 and worked on monoclonal antibody production using hybridoma technology. I also did internship in BPPT to learn more about antibody production. While I was in Japan, I got the opportunity to learn and conducted research about recombinant antibody production in newly established mammalian cell lines CHL-YN cells.

Skills:

ELISA, antibody production using hybridoma technology, recombinant antibody production, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, Real-time PCR, mammalian cell culture, Laboratory animal handling.
