Research Experience

My research focuses on real-time PCR assay development for dengue detection in Indonesia. I aligned Indonesian DENV sequences for serotype DENV-1, -2, -3, and -4. The assay showed good sensitivity. The liimit detection of the assay is 482 copy/mL.
