I conducted the GWAS (Genome Wide Association Study) method with a bioinformatics tools to analyze the relationship between genetic diversity (SNP) and metabolite content. This study helped identify potential SNPs and categorize the accessions based on their curcuminoid levels.. The findings aim to contribute to the future molecular breeding of Indonesian turmeric.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Skills<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">DNA\/RNA extraction, Plant metabolite extraction, bioinformatic analysis (Genomic, GWAS, Metagenomic, and Metabolomic), plant tissue culture, PCR, NGS (Nanopore Sequencing), gel electrophoresis, HPLC, Bioinformatic software such as R Studio, MEGA, BioEdit, PyMOL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Testimonial<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Master of Biotechnology program has helped me to improve my skills in this field significantly. During my studies, I gained valuable knowledge and developed a deeper understanding of biotechnology, especially molecular biotechnology. The program offers excellent facilities and is supported by very knowledgeable and experienced lecturers, which has greatly enhanced my abilities. Overall, the Biotechnology program has opened the door to new experiences and personal growth.
