\n<\/b>My completed research project investigated the effect of different feeding regimens using Artemia Nauplii and commercial feed on biological performances and microbial community during the nursery of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This study aimed to determine the optimal feeding regimen for influencing key parameters such as survival, growth, and its effect in modulating the microbial in the fish intestine and culture tank.<\/span><\/p>\n
\n<\/b>Lab techniques (PCR, qPCR, electrophoresis, DNA\/RNA extraction, microbiological culture); Data analysis (SPSS, Minitab, Microsoft Excel, GraphPad Prism, BLAST, MEGA)<\/span><\/p>\n
\n<\/b>During my time in the Biotechnology Master’s program at SITH, I gained extensive hands-on experience that significantly enhanced my skills and competence, particularly in areas relevant to today’s biotechnology industry.
