Moreover, I characterized the exosome morphology by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), determined the exosome concentration and particle size using Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA), and observed exosome function using immunocytochemistry. This research was aimed to induce hWJ-MSCs differentiation to chondrocytes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stem cell culture (from primary culture) and characterization, cell thawing, cell counting, cell passaging, cell cryopreservation, cell staining. MTT assay, BCA assay, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, immunocytochemistry. Exosome isolation, characterization, and internalization. Statistical analysis using SPSS and GraphPad Prism software.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Testimonial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Biotechnology master\u2019s program is a very supportive place to improve academic and non-academic skills. The lecturers are very competent in their majors so they can support students\u2019 interests and talents.
