I aligned Indonesian DENV sequences for serotype DENV-1, -2, -3, and -4. The assay showed good sensitivity. The liimit detection of the assay is 482 copy\/mL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">DNA\/RNA Extraction, PCR, qPCR, Gel-Electrophoresis, gene cloning, primer design.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Testimonial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Having the opportunity to study in Biotechnology master\u2019s program has been a wonderful chance. This major is indeed a great place to explore biotechnology with decent instruments and facilities. The lecturers are experts in their research fields and I am grateful that I fully obtained the knowledge transfer very well.
