Moving forward, I want to use these skill sets in a future research focusing on the design of novel delivery systems for dengue virus vaccine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DNA\/RNA Extraction, PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, HPLC, Sequencing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Testimonial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I learned a lot regarding biotechnology&#8217;s emphasis on medical application, including vaccine development, cell engineering, and nanobiotechnology. The flexibility afforded to students in choosing courses allowed me to pick those built on my knowledge and experience. At SITH ITB, I honed my skills as a scientific researcher and learned how to design and produce recombinant proteins that can be utilized as vaccine candidates.
