This study aims to synthesize and determine the characteristics of the formed nanoparticles and also their potential as antidiabetic. Characterization was carried out using UV-Vis, XRD, TEM, Zeta potential, FTIR, and antidiabetic testing using in vitro alpha amylase and alpha glucosidase inhibition tests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Basic Molecular Techniques, Basic Microbiology Techniques, Extraction, H-NMR, Synthesis Nanoparticle, Nanoparticle characterization such as UV Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), potential zeta,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Testimonial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biotechnology program at SITH ITB gave me an excellent opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to become a competent biotechnologist.
