Outstanding students are given the opportunity to take Undergraduate and Master Programs with a shorter overall education period. Students with good academic achievements can attend linear Master Program education which is continuous with the Bachelor Program so that they can complete both programs in a relatively faster time than the normal study period of the two programs. SITH ITB undergraduate study program students can take part in the ITB Bachelor-Masters Unification Program in the Biotechnology Master Study Program SITH ITB. The period of the Bachelor-Masters Unification Program is carried out normally within 10 (ten) or 11 (eleven) semesters since the student is accepted into the Undergraduate Program.
- Students who have good academic achievements must meet the following terms and conditions:
- Students can register at the end of semester 5 (five) or end of semester 6 (six) provided that they have a GPA ≥ 3.00 (three point zero zero).
- Registration for the Bachelors-Masters Unification Program at the end of semester 5 (five) provided that the student has completed the undergraduate program with a total of ≥ 90 (ninety) credits.
- Registration for the Bachelors-Masters Unification Program at the end of semester 6 (six) provided that the student has completed the undergraduate program with a total of ≥108 (one hundred and eight) credits.
- Master Program courses that can be taken are at least 9 (nine) credits.
- In the Bachelors-Masters Unification Program, Masters Program courses that have been taken by students who have withdrawn from program participation remain valid for 5 (five) years since the student graduated from the Undergraduate Program.
- Students participating in the Bachelors-Masters Unification Program are exempted from the mandatory TOEFL/ELPT-ITB (Test of English as a Foreign Language/English Language Proficiency Test) and TPA (Academic Potential Test) requirements for registration of the Masters Program.
- The study period for the Master Program for students of the Bachelors-Masters Unification Program is a maximum of 3 (three) semesters.
- In the event that the student's study period of the Master's Degree exceeds 3 (three) semesters, then the student is declared a regular master's program student.
