Research Experience :

I worked on development of protease (HIV) inhibitor as anti HIV drug (antiretroviral), particularly on optimization of protease HIV-1 expression in E. coli and purifcation.

Skill :

SDS-PAGE, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, bacterial cultivation, bacterial transformation, DNA and protein extraction, protein expression and purification in E. coli, column chromatography.

Testimonial :

The Master of Biotechnology program at SITH-ITB, allowing students to gain a strong foundation in core science, laboratory skills and application of biotechnology itself. The program also exposed students to gain a deep understanding of the real world biotechnology field by examining current issues. a learning atmosphere able to develop my critical thinking. The lecturers and the teaching staff are very experienced and professional but also very kind and friendly. I feel very fortunate to be part of Biotechnology ITB.
