Research experience:
I worked on the development of intranasal dual vaccine candidate against Norovirus (NoV) and Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), particularly on the overexpression and purification of chimeric NoV P domain – HBV protein. I also did the bioinformatics analysis of the vaccine candidate’s population coverage regarding the HLA variation of the Indonesian population.

Skills:

PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA extraction, column chromatography, bacterial transformation, protein overexpression, SDS-PAGE, bacterial cultivation.
