Research Experience
1. Applying bioinformatics tools for genotyping single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) to identify genetic markers associated with yield traits and perform population structure analysis (using tools such as R Bioconductor, STRUCTURE, and TASSEL).
2. Conducted research on genetic diversity in mulberry (Morus sp.) using Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers.

DNA and RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, PCR and qPCR, cloning and transformation genetics, library preparation and sequencing, metagenomics analysis, SNP genotyping, and bioinformatics.
