Research Experience
My research was focused on investigating optimum C:N ratio in anaerobic co-digestion in order to reduce organic pollutants and to decolorize the textile dye in synthetic textile wastewater. To monitor the performance of anaerobic process, chemical analysis such as COD, VFA, Alkalinity, pH and ORP was used. The study was also inventing the honey processing wastewater as promising co-substrate that act as main organic carbon supplementation in anaerobic wastewater treatment. The invention was confirmed by decolorization performance and microbial community analysis which has similarities with anaerobic wastewater treatment supplemented with laboratory grade fructose.
