Research Experience

I researched the use of extracellular DNA from pathogens for the induction of plant resistance. starting from plant propagation using tissue culture and pathogen cultivation. Then performed the extraction of DNA from the pathogen for elicitor. Furthermore, elicitation on plants and continued with resistance test. The analysis carried out was observation of symptoms, ROS staining and gene expression.
