Research Experience : I researched about the activity of biosurfactants produced by oil wells indigen microbes against planktonic microbes, inhibition of biofilm formation and microbial cell eradication in biofilms. Starting from how the biosurfactant production, extraction of biosurfactant compounds and determining the appropriate concentration for each treatment. In addition, I researched the biosurfactant activity to reduce the corrosion rate of steel in the petroleum industry and the cooling water system used for nuclear reactors.

Skills : Bacterial cultivation, Fermentation, Product Extraction, DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, corrosion testing, Microbial and Biofilm treatment.
